Slashed team attrition; Managed, coached, and grew a team of craft managers for League of Legends. 

Created visibility between teams, developed shared resources, and solved pipeline and communication problems.

Recruited, hired, and onboarded 12 new team members to deliver “ARENA,” one of the largest League of Legends events in years. 

BioWare Electronic Arts, Edmonton AB - Creative Director

NOV 2017 - DEC 2021 

Built, mentored, and motivated a diverse multidisciplinary creative team.

Enriched the Dragon Age universe with novels, comics, merch, and a 6-part animated Netflix series.

Propelled “Dragon Age: Dreadwolf” (aka Veilguard) from inception to green light status. 

Partnered with consumer insights, UXR, marketing, branding, and player councils to create a cohesive player-facing comms strategy.

Led the creative team to ideate, develop, and deliver GotY “Dragon Age: Inquisition”.

Built, mentored, and motivated the Dragon Age art team.

We created a distinctive franchise, working with external partners to create memorabilia, movies, “Heroes” mobile game, and graphic novels.

Helped bring the multiplayer RTS genre to the X360 console exclusive "Halo Wars”.
